Class cancellation / no-show

Please cancel your class at least 12 hours prior. Otherwise you'll be charged for the session, and members will receive a $20 "Late Cancellation" fee or a $25 "No-Show" fee.

Private training cancellation

Please cancel a private training session at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations inside 24 hours result in the loss of the session, or the full session amount charged to the card on file.

Waitlist rules

When a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist - as spots open, we release them in order, up to 90 minutes before class. Opt in to text notifications by texting START to 1-609-372-2569.

• • Managing your waitlist is your responsibility - our app makes it easy.
• • Waitlisting a class means you'll take it if you get in.
• • You can cancel or decline a waitlisted spot up to 90 minutes before class at no charge.
• • A no-show on a waitlisted reservation is considered a charged No-Show.
• • For early classes, remove yourself before bed if you don't want to be added overnight.
• • Once you're in a class, cancel any backup waitlists so you aren't charged for multiples.

Membership cancellation

No cancellations can occur until the 3-month contract has been fulfilled. After the 3-month contract, a written request to cancel must be given 30 days prior to the next billing date.
