Wear comfortable, supportive shoes and breathable clothes, and bring a water bottle — hydration is key. We keep water jugs on hand in case you run low. In cooler months, layer up so you can stay warm until you get moving. For spin, our bikes are SPD compatible but sneakers work great too.
Strength (total-body, circuit style), Spin (45-min rides to the beat), Spin + Strength, Spin + Stretch, Barre, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Small Group Training, Personal Training, and Zoom Virtual Training.
Honestly, all of them. Our instructors have years of experience and can easily modify or progress exercises for your level. If you're new, just introduce yourself before class so we can get you set up and comfortable.
Studio 1 is our recovery studio for Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and a Wednesday-morning HIIT class. Studio 2 is our spin studio with 20 bikes, state-of-the-art lighting and audio, and a visible instructor platform. Studio 3 is our newest — large-group strength and personal training with squat racks, turf, and battle ropes, holding up to 18 people.
It depends on the individual, but we usually recommend 2–3 cardio-based classes, 2 strength classes, and 1–2 recovery classes per week. Always listen to your body.
Once you've used your Intro Pack, we have 5- and 10-class packs plus unlimited monthly memberships. The team can help you choose the best fit for your schedule and goals.
Our bikes are SPD compatible and also suitable for sneakers — it's up to you. We do not rent spin shoes, so bring your own if you prefer to clip in.
Spin classes are first come, first served, so arrive a little early to grab the bike you want. When a class is full you can join the waitlist and we'll release spots up to 90 minutes before class.
Yes! We have a Registered Dietitian on staff you can meet with by appointment for consultations and ongoing counseling.
